چکیده
Objective and background: Tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) is a life-threatening emergency demands care of effective outcome with minimal or no side effects. The Hypouricemic agents, including Rasburicase, Allopurinol Febuxostate used for the management TLS. This study was designed to evaluate Role agents by analyzing TLS development rate, control uric acid, Creatinine levels.
Methods: An extensive electronic data search conducted using all leading scientific databases. Twenty-six studies were selected conduct this study, as per inclusion criteria.
Results: Odd ratio rate 4.06, 1.24, 1.49 Rusbricase, & administration respectively. 95% confidence interval reported against Uric levels administrating Febuxostate.
Conclusion: All Febuxostate, are manage Syndrome. However, suitable most intervention dose needs identify better efficacy effects both in Adults Children.

PURPOSE We evaluated the efficacy and safety of febuxostat, a non-purine xanthine oxidase inhibitor, used for prevention of hyperuricemia associated with tumor lysis syndrome (TLS). METHODS Records of adult patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed hematologic malignancies who received febuxostat within 7 days before initiation of chemotherapy were retrieved retrospectively at a single instit...

Background: Tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) is a major metabolic complication in patients with malignancy after initiation of chemotherapy or spontaneously without treatment. The role of Rasburicase (a recombinant urate-oxidase enzyme) in prevention and treatment of TLS has been demonstrated in recent years. We aimed to investigate the efficacy of a single dose of rasburicase in reducing the risk of...

Frequency of Tumor Lysis Syndrome in Aggressive and Slow Introduction Chemotherapy in Children with ALL
Abstract Background Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS) is an oncologic emergency that results from massive lysis of malignant cells. The incidence of TLS depends on the risk factors, such as baseline hyperuricemia, bulky tumor burden, elevated serum LDH, and elevated WBC. The objectives of the present study were to assess frequency of Tumor Lysis Syndrom in children with ALL in two methods of inducti...
